Prices are in US dollars, plus tax where it applies. Plans renew every month until you cancel. We count a test case as about 10 steps.

A step is one thing qAuto does on your app, such as a tap, some typing, or a scroll, and the final check of what you expected.
Our mistakes are free
Steps that fail because of us, and requests the client has to repeat, are never charged.
Zero data retention at no extra cost
For now, runs where neither we nor the AI provider keep the details cost the same as any other run.
Unused credits roll over
Credits you don't use carry into the next month, up to one month's worth. If you cancel, they stay in your account for later.

Who handles the payment?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, adds any tax, emails the receipt, and gives businesses an invoice.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. A payment is refunded in full within 14 days, if you haven't used any credits since. See the refund policy.
How many steps is a test case?
We count about 10 steps, so about 20 credits. A test case that logs in and checks one screen is often fewer. A long checkout flow can be more.
What happens to credits I don't use?
They roll over to the next month, up to one month of your plan's credits. On Starter, if 7,000 credits are left when your plan renews, you keep 5,000 and get 5,000 more, for 10,000.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. Your credits stay in your account, and you can still use them.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from your account page. The new plan starts at your next renewal.
Do I need a plan to start?
No. Every account gets 100 free credits, with no card.
